Coming July 2026: Dr. Linda Spetter
Cisco Writers Club is excited to host Dr. Linda Spetter, author and professor of English & Communication at Cisco College. The title of her presentation is “The Power of Folklore in Writing.” Dr. Spetter will speak about how folklore is used in writing, from political speeches to great works of literature, with the goal of inspiring members to experiment with folklore in their own writing.
We hope you join us at 7 p.m. on July 2nd in the Big Dam room inside the Myrtle Wilks Community Center, Cisoo. Visitors are welcome!
