At our June meeting, a larger-than-expected turnout gathered to celebrate 50 years of Cisco Writers Club “helping writers where they are.” Family of charter members came to read works written by their particular charter member. We laughed, we teared up (we mostly laughed–the charter members wrote a lot of humorous pieces), and we all had a good time.
Those gathered around the tables in the image above were the readers for the evening, and the audience is to the left. The crowd was too big to capture everyone in a picture!
